Bee Kids!

I woke up today in a not-so-good mood. I caught Daddy and Mommy dressing up and preparing to go to their office. With eyes still closed I told Mommy I want to watch "Bee-kids". I also told her I want to go to her office too, thus, she was left with no choice but to cancel her plans of being early in office today.

After drinking my milk, we read my "circus" and "river" books and then we proceeded on making my homework. We're almost done, when I decided I really wanted to go to Bee kids (that's what I refer to Jolllibee now). Cry, cry cry for me.... while sigh, sigh, sigh for Mommy. After so much cry-sigh... I won! Its almost 8:10am and Mommy needs to be in her office by 8:30am so to be able to make that possible.... I definitely should go with her.

And so .... Mommy dropped me and yaya to Jollibee. Yey! I am really a (brat) bee kid!

Weekend in Batangas!

Yey! Since it was a long weekend, we went home to my mommy lola's place in Batangas last Saturday. They were all very excited to see me and they were all so happy that I can already say my alphabet, count my numbers from 1-10, count numbers 1-5 in Mandarin, and I can actually speak words. They were having a hard time speaking in English though. hehehe.

I got to bond with my "Tatay yoyo" and "Mommy yoya", and my tito Bobet and tita Angie. My "yoyo Rhey" was also there from Singapore... (because he needs to see a dentist). It was fun playing with my smaller tita's and really its nice to be in the "duyan" which was a new experience for me. I always tell my Titas to "hold tight and be careful!".

It was short actually for we left the very next day... but it was fun!

On Monday, holiday.... Daddy brought Mommy and I to V-mall where we ate at Le Ching (yummy soup and siomai) and I played in Quantum... I missed it so much that I really wanted to stay some more. At night time... I fall asleep with a big ZZZzzzzzzzzzzz!

Tomorrow's another class with Teacher Kat, and Teacher Cez of ABC Music and Me.

Of thank you's and Sowi

Duncan ready to sleep:

Mommy: Duncan, you like milk?
Duncan: Yeah.
Mommy: Big or small? (pertaining to the size of the bottle)
Duncan: Big!

Mommy about to prepare the milk. Duncan came rushing. Wanting to prepare his own milk. Mommy will put down the can of his old time favorite powdered infant/junior milk and opens the Avent bottle filled with distilled water.

Duncan : One, Two, Three, Four, Five... oppsss... sowi mommy.

There was spilled powder on the floor. He will rush to the nearest "lampin" to clean the mess. Mommy about to touch the scoop...

Duncan: Mommy, No! Duncan!
Mommy: Ok... Sorry.

Will wait for few more minutes perhaps half a century until he finishes his 9 scoops of milk which should have been finished 1 minute tops.

Duncan: Yey! Finish Now!
Mommy: ok.. go to bed... mommy will shake...

After settling down.

Mommy: Here's your milk. Sleeping Time!
Duncan: Thanks Mommy! (complete with hugs and kiss)

Oh... every waiting minutes is so worth it!

First Assessment blow-out!

There was no school today because teacher Kat told me she also needs to assess other kids. It was a good thing that I caught Mommy about to leave for office. Uhuh... so in order for me to stay calm... she promised me a blow-out!

I'am really excited and I can't wait to go to Jollibee. Yaya will be bring me to Jollibee, Roosevelt over lunch where mommy will meet us. Oh it was fun! While waiting I got to play on their Jolly Land and when mommy came, she ordered chicken, spaghetti and my favorite Frenh Fries. I even got my bonus... she bought me a toy.

And for the finale... she brought me to her office! I've got to see her officemates and I told them that my name is "Marcos"! Tita Ma-anne, mommy's boss, marked my height on the wall of her office just so when I come back... she will check again if I've gone taller.

I even counted and identified some numbers and letters in Tita Lot's flashcards and she seems impressed. I also kissed tita Yvette and Tita Lou and a high five to tito Mark. And then I bid goodbye.

So this is the kind of blow-out I will always have everytime I get a very good stamp in my assessment!

Till next quarter!

First Quarter Assessment

Yesterday, it was Mandarin Class assessment... I went home with a stamp with a chinese-like character and a bear - for whatever that means... Dad and Mom has no idea.

Today, is our class first quarter assessment. I know my alphabet... although sometimes I confuse my Aa and Ii with some letters but the rest are oh so easy. I also know my numbers although sometimes I forget what number "1 & 2" looks like but the rest especially my 3-4-5 are easy and I can identify even in my sleep. Colors.... hmmm... its very strange that I can't quite identify and match them... but I know I'll get there one day. My assessment started 9:00am and ended 10:00am. I went home with a "very good" stamp. Well mommy will look at my communication notebook if I did well.

But I'm sure - she'll be happy for whatever it is written in there.

Because you love me.....

Dad and mom you sacrificed a lot so I can be happy and eventhough it rained so hard, I thank you Daddy for driving all the way from home to World Trade Center in Pasay City so I can be a part of .....Jollitown Grand Get Together !

That's me with the Balloon Mom got (oh she used her big body so she can get pass the crowd of people all ready to do anything for a balloon... funny, nobody can really say what one can ever do for their kid!)

Oh I was really afraid we're not going to make it because it took us about 3 Jollibee stores and still have no entrance tickets. But after all the very loooooooong lines you both have to go through I am really happy I got to be here!

There's the :
- photo booth (we have our pictures taken - for free as a souvenir) which Mommy and Daddy have to stand in line for hours... yes this is not exaggeration but the the truth

- balloon twisting (where I got my helmet and sword)

I looked like Alladin... hehehe.

- tattoo (which I treasured so much)

and basketball hoops - this I really enjoyed!

Shoot! (Did you see my jollibee tattoo?)

Hurray for me!

Family day in Milestone!

I really enjoyed the games, and the puppet show, and the slide / play houses, and the food! Mom got to play on the name that tune game... but her group lost the game.

Waiting for my turn to play on the game...

Our group won!

Playing smoothly with my buddy, CJ.
Here's me and my Teacher Kat!
